Walking Stamina

I walked again at lunch Monday. Wasn’t able to yesterday. Will try again today. Sometimes there just ain’t enough time. But I’ll keep plugging along until I get my stamina built back up. I’m not gonna weigh myself until the weekend. Keep your fingers crossed.

Trying Real Hard!

Working on more H2O. Walked 3 trips around building at work during lunch hour. Trying to find time. I can’t do anything in the morning, I have a hard enough time just getting up for work.

Overweight and Not Happy About It!

When I was young, I could eat anything at anytime and never gain weight. Starting in my 30’s after having my last child, I started putting on weight. I am at a standstill at present. I need to lose 75 lbs. I lost 25 lbs. last summer, quit smoking and put that and more back on. Very frustrating. I have a busy life, like everyone else, and finding time to plan meals and exercise just don’t happen. My health is my #1 concern. And I don’t want to be an old, fat grandma. But if things don’t change, that’s exactly what I’ll be. Suggestions?
